A MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR
Laif Morrison — Executive Director & Founder — Youth Bowl Series
The Youth Bowl Series is more than football — it’s about growth, connection, and becoming part of something bigger.
For years, athletes from communities across Oregon and Idaho have taken the field through the Youth Bowl Series. The friendships formed and confidence built during that experience last long after the final whistle. We’re proud to bring that same opportunity to athletes across Washington through the inaugural Washington Bowl.
Our mission is to give every athlete a Division I-style experience — with high-level coaching, media exposure, and opportunities to learn from college and professional athletes, motivational speakers, and leaders who inspire greatness. The Youth Bowl Series helps shape stronger athletes, better teammates, and future leaders.
A huge part of that mission is giving back. The Youth Bowl Series partners with Ronald McDonald House in the communities we serve, collecting essential supplies to support families with children receiving medical care. Instead of charging admission, we invite fans to donate — teaching athletes that real leadership extends beyond the field.
As a lifelong Idahoan and former high school head coach — honored with multiple Teacher of the Year and Coach of the Year awards — I’ve dedicated my career to helping young athletes grow both on and off the field. Over the past decade, I’ve built large-scale youth bowl games that create exposure, growth, and unforgettable experiences for young athletes.
Now, we’re building something truly special in Washington.
Thank you for trusting us with your athlete’s experience. My team and I are committed to making the inaugural Washington Bowl an unforgettable week — one filled with pride, energy, purpose, and lifelong memories.
See you this summer,
Laif Morrison
